I have been dating with this guy for 4 month. At first everything were looking perfect.
But for the last time he has stopped calling me as often as before. And when I call him he said that he is extremely busy or feel himself bad to meet with me. Does it mean that he doesn't want communicate with me anymore? Or he really can be busy or this is my crazy imagination?

You just have to accept the fact that he is not interested to you. Maybe he doesn't want to hurt you by pretending that he loves you. there many options there you just have to look around.
