My cousin is having a baby and she already had a shower with the other side of her family. She got a lot of big things from that shower and the only things left on her registry are small or really expensive. I want to get her something she will use a lot. Other than diapers what is the BEST gift I can get.

You can get a set of infants clothes. There are a lot that are affordable in reasonable prices.
